We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to turn brand strategy into visually stunning emails and ads. This is a fantastic opportunity for designers who love creating engaging content for direct-to-consumer brands.
Main Responsibilities:- Design mobile-first, conversion-focused email campaigns and paid ads for e-commerce brands.
- Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to translate briefs into strong visual layouts.
- Develop reusable components and Figma templates for efficient future execution.
- Suggest improvements in visual hierarchy, layout rather than just executing them.
- Stay updated on design trends, best practices in email/ads, and what's working in the DTC space.
The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in graphic design, preferably for e-commerce brands. Proficiency in Figma is a must, along with a strong understanding of layout, spacing, typography, and color. The ability to work independently with minimal direction and deliver polished work quickly is also essential.

- Bonus points for experience designing for Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar ESPs, as well as creating static and motion ads for Meta, TikTok, or other paid platforms.
