Job Title: Learning Experience Creator At our agency, we specialize in producing engaging eLearning content. We excel at creating animated videos, game development, and simulation design to enhance learning experiences. We are seeking a Learning Experience Creator for a 6-month contract. This is a full-time, WFH role based in Chennai. The selected candidate will translate raw video footage into an accessible series of videos that enhance the student's learning experience. They will also visualize complex concepts and ensure visual consistency throughout the videos. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with 2-3 years of experience in instructional designing. They must possess specialized knowledge in instructional design, online learning, and MS Office skills. The job requires the ability to work in agile methodology, grasp technical concepts, and simplify them visually. Strong visualization and communication skills are essential. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Storyboarding – Translate raw video footage into an engaging series of videos
  • Visualization – Use visual medium to convey ideas and enhance learning
  • Video reviews – Check the quality of videos received from the video editors
  • Co-ordination with the Production team – Interact with teammates to create a top-quality product
  • Learning Management System – Manage content and develop assets on the LMS
 Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in instructional designing
  • Specialized knowledge in instructional design, online learning, and MS Office skills
  • Ability to work in agile methodology
  • Strong visualization and communication skills
 Preferred Skills: 
  • Instructional design, video editing, and animation skills
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
