As an IT Specialist with RSM US LLP, you will be part of a cohesive team that thrives in a results-oriented environment. Your primary responsibilities will involve working closely with our experienced consultants to deliver exceptional support services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing superior support for client technology environments
  • Capturing client requirements and translating them into actionable solutions
  • Infrastructure operations and management, including server administration, storage management, and general networking
  • Adeptly learning new technologies and adapting them to meet client needs
  • Performing enterprise-level administration and engineering tasks
  • Troubleshooting business application issues efficiently and effectively

Basic Qualifications:

  • Degree or certification in an IT-related field or relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience with Windows 10, Windows Server, virtualization, server management, storage, and general networking
  • Proven experience with Windows, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, NTFS, and other common Windows server functions
  • Office 365 user, mailbox, and policy administration
  • Proven experience with VMWare VCenter, ESXi, Data Center Cluster Management, and Microsoft Hyper-V
  • Familiarity with application delivery platforms such as Citrix and Remote Desktop Services, advanced profile management, delivery controller management, providing clustered / highly available services
  • Microsoft Exchange troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Experience in large, complex environments with multiple locations
  • Familiarity with standard IT practices and policies
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools and processes (helpdesk, ticketing, etc.)
  • Eagerness to contribute to a collaborative and dynamic team
  • MSP Experience
  • Strong knowledge in design and implementation of Citrix Apps and Desktops from client to server, including Netscaler and Access Gateway
  • Troubleshooting experience in enterprise-level Citrix deployments
  • Citrix Policy design and implementation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Strong judgment, issues management, and problem analysis techniques
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability to balance priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively

Work Schedule:

This position is available on a Wednesday-to-Sunday schedule, with shift options between 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM and 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
