We are seeking a seasoned Data Analytics Director to lead our Trade Finance business's credit analytics function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision making and risk management strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate banking, trade finance, or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial analysis, modeling, systems, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement credit risk models and methodologies.
- Lead the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to individual financing decisions.
- Improve underwriting processes and principles, leveraging automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize credit policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimal 8+ years experience in Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, or a related field.
- Proven ability to make credit decisions.
- Passion for international trade and development.
- Previous experience in international markets (APAC, EMEA, and AMER).
- In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, IFRS, GAAP, modeling, systems, and reporting.
- Able to handle big volumes with quick turn-around in a fast-developing market.
