About the Role

At our company, we're looking for a skilled developer to join our team and help shape the future of our technology.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Ruby on Rails and Node JS, as well as strong knowledge of Object Oriented Design and MVC.

We're looking for someone who can contribute to the design and implementation of large-scale applications, ensuring performance, reliability, scalability, and security.

The successful candidate will also have excellent troubleshooting skills and be able to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

  • Experience with Microservices Architecture, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) is highly desirable.

Additionally, knowledge of PostgreSQL or related databases and queuing technologies such as RabbitMQ/Kafka/AWS SQS would be a plus.

As a full-stack developer, you will work closely with top engineers to deliver complex SaaS-based applications.

Key Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • 4-7 years of software development experience developing and shipping software.
  • Hands-on programming experience with Ruby on Rails and Node JS including Object Oriented Design.
  • Experience with MVC, Web forms Framework.
  • Experience in contributing to architecture and design, including Performance, Scalability, Reliability, Security.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL or related databases is a plus.
  • Experience with Queuing technologies such as RabbitMQ/Kafka/AWS SQS.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

In terms of preferred skills, experience with RESTful Web Services and API development using Ruby on Rails or any other Node JS framework would be beneficial.

Additionally, knowledge of JavaScript + React Js/TypeScript, Graph Query Language (GQL) and Elasticsearch/Solr would be advantageous.

Cloud Computing platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure Cloud are also desired.

Bonus Points

While not essential, having experience with cloud computing platforms and modern web development tools would make you a more competitive candidate.
