The ideal candidate will possess a versatile skill set that covers back-end services and mobile applications. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications using both Java and Kotlin, adhering to best practices and participating in the entire software development lifecycle.

The successful candidate will have deep knowledge of Java web frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Java EE) and expertise in RESTful API design. They will also have experience in Android application development using Kotlin with proficiency in Android SDK and Jetpack components.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing guidance and support on best practices and coding standards.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and application architectures.
- Develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications and systems with a focus on quality and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to development processes.

Requirements
- At least 7-9 years of experience in Java development with a solid foundation in Kotlin.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Experience delivering Java-based solutions for large enterprises, demonstrating an understanding of scalability and performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in Java development (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional Java SE 11 Developer) are highly desirable.
