Job Title: International Voice Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers, ensuring seamless communication and resolving their queries effectively.
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to customer inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all call information according to standard operating procedures, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets and quality standards, driving continuous improvement and excellence in customer service.
  • Follow up on customer interactions when necessary, ensuring a positive experience and building long-term relationships.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Minimum 0 to 1 year of experience in Customer Service / International BPO is preferred, with a proven track record of delivering results-oriented customer support.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English are essential, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment is crucial, with a flexible approach to adapting to changing situations and priorities.
  • Flexibility to work in night shifts and rotational shifts is required, with a willingness to be part of a dynamic and responsive team.
  • Minimum educational qualification: Any Graduate (Freshers eligible), with a strong foundation in communication and interpersonal skills.
