Senior AI/ML Product Development Lead

A highly skilled and hands-on product development leader with strong expertise in AI/ML engineering is sought to drive innovation in building transformative products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the end-to-end development of production-grade AI/ML products and modules.
  • Design and build scalable AI Agents, Agentic RAG frameworks, LangChain and LangGraph-based systems.
  • Architect and deploy applications in cloud platforms.
  • Deliver minimum viable products (MVPs) with scalable architecture, followed by rapid feature iterations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of developers and interns.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align technical strategy with business goals.
Requirements:
  • Strong coding and full-stack product development experience.
  • Proven track record of building and shipping production-grade products.
  • Expertise in:
  • AI/ML pipelines and productisation.
  • Agentic AI systems, RAG architectures.
  • LangChain, LangGraph, Vector DBs.
  • Cloud services (cloud run, GKE, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Vertex AI, etc.).
  • Hands-on coding skills in Python, Node.js, or related stacks.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: resilience, adaptability, and passion for building from scratch.
