Supply Planning Transformation Expert

\\

We are seeking an experienced Supply Planning Transformation Expert to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP IBP Supply Planning functionalities.

\

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IBP-Demand Planning, especially for cross-functional alignment, and strong exposure to Response Planning and integration with production/supply execution.

\

This role requires hands-on experience with SAP IBP Supply Planning (Time Series and/or Order-Based), as well as prior experience with SAP APO (SNP, DP) and transitioning to IBP.

\

The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate planning needs into technical solutions, manage CI-DS and RTI integrations, and coordinate data issues for closure.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP IBP Supply Planning functionalities\
  • Support both Time-Series and Order-Based Planning models including planning area design and key figure configurations\
  • Configure and optimize Response Planning capabilities as needed\
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate planning needs into technical solutions\
  • Manage CI-DS and RTI integrations and coordinate data issues for closure\
  • Work closely with the client's Demand Planning team to ensure continuity across planning functions\
  • Support data modelling, planning operators, heuristics, and supply network optimization\
  • Contribute to solution documentation, testing, training, and hypercare post go-live\
  • Provide recommendations on best practices for supply planning transformation\
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness\
  • Maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of work\\
  • Identify and escalate potential risks and issues in a timely manner\\
  • Assist in the development of departmental policies and procedures\\
  • Participate in the review and revision of existing processes and procedures\\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance\\
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including senior management, to present results and progress\\
