We are seeking a skilled Visual Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visual elements that communicate brand and product information effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and apply brand guidelines across all outputs.">
  • Develop motion graphics, short videos, and micro-interactions using After Effects or Premiere Pro.">
  • Utilize AI as an assistant to create videos.">
  • Build templates and scalable, reusable assets for other teams.">
  • Design for events and print materials.">
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, social media, advertising, and collateral.">
  • Work with UX/UI designers on visual elements, mockups, and screens.">
  • Create case studies showcasing product and engineering work.">
  • Integrate GenAI into the workflow where it improves speed or clarity.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Strong grasp of the design process and visual fundamentals: typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.">
  • Confidence working in Figma and Illustrator, or equivalent tools.">
  • Working knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro.">
  • A portfolio demonstrating range across brands, products, and motion is a bonus.">
  • Ability to take a loose brief or abstract idea and turn it into something clear and usable.">
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX is helpful but not essential.">
  • Experience creating short-form content with speed and intent.">
  • Ask the right questions, challenge vague input, and design with context in mind.">
  • Care about who you're designing for, not just what you're designing.">
  • Open to feedback and value the culture and brand you're working with.">
  • Comfortable working across practices.">
