About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and experienced project management professional to lead high-profile projects in the hospitality and residential sectors. As a Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Lead a team of project managers and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, ensuring that projects meet their expectations.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned.
What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the hospitality and residential sectors.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
