Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Architect with 1-3 years of experience to create functionally beautiful workplace interiors that meet clients' needs and objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to develop comprehensive design concepts for corporate clients.
  • Apply outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Develop detailed design documentation using SketchUp and AUTOCAD(2D).
  • Create realistic renderings and animations using Enscape to enable clients to visualize the design concept.
  • Select furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories to ensure cohesive and aesthetically pleasing designs.
  • Follow design guidelines, building codes, and regulatory requirements to ensure safe and compliant designs.
  • Maintain productivity and quality targets while working with the team to complete projects on time.
  • Attend meetings with clients and contractors to discuss design changes and provide guidance.
  • Continuously upgrade skills and knowledge in design software, products, and materials to remain current with industry trends.

Key Requirements

  • Strong technical skills in SketchUp, AUTOCAD(2D), Photoshop, and Enscape.
  • Excellent conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills.
  • Able to communicate design ideas and direction effectively and quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and technical abilities.
  • Flexible to manage concurrent projects in various stages of development.
  • Able to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • 1-3 years of experience required in Interiors in Commercial (Office Interiors).
  • Proven experience in workplace interior design.
  • Creative and innovative thinking with an ability to deliver unique and inspiring designs.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous work and design style.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.
