Job Description:

As a Backend Developer at our company, you will be responsible for developing robust and scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot. You will demonstrate proficiency in Spring framework and Spring Boot, especially in web application development. You will possess a solid understanding of Spring Boot Data JPA and experience with Java 8, as well as newer versions such as Java 17 or 21. You will also have strong expertise in SQL and be familiar with API development, including OAuth2, Spring Security, and JWT token implementation. Additionally, you will be well-versed in web security principles, unit testing with JUnit and Mockito, and CI/CD tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Develop high-quality Java code, following industry standards and best practices.
  2. Design and implement RESTful APIs using Spring Boot, ensuring scalability and performance.
  3. Utilize Spring Boot Data JPA to manage database interactions and ensure efficient data processing.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate web applications and deploy them seamlessly.
  5. Implement analytics or reporting tools into web applications, leveraging Power BI experience when possible.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field, applying this knowledge to improve existing systems and develop new ones.
