Performance Test Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Test Expert to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned performance testing professional to take on a leadership role in optimizing the performance of our applications.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance tests using industry-standard tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and Neoload.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize performance improvement opportunities.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on performance testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Analyze test results and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics dashboards to track application performance.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
  • Expertise in kubernetes, containerization, C#, and .net.
  • Strong understanding of performance testing principles, applications tuning, and benchmarking concepts.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and collaboratively within a global team environment.
