Cellect Biomanufacturing Expert

We are seeking an expert in cell therapy manufacturing to join our team. This role is part of a fast-paced manufacturing facility where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support GMP operations, technology transfer, and process validation.

• Develop robust manufacturing processes for cell therapy products through experimentation and implementation.
• Lead and train a team of cell process scientists/engineers to deliver program goals.
• Manage T-cell culture and differentiation to support process development, characterization, and validation.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and document experimental procedures and results according to established guidelines.
• Support the development of SOPs and batch records, risk assessments, and technology transfers.

• PhD/MSc/BSc in biotechnology, biology, immunology, or a relevant life-science discipline.
• 9-15 years of industry experience in cell and gene therapy, biologics manufacturing/product development functions.
