Job Title: Information Security Specialist

Location: Hybrid, India

Experience: 6+ Years

Certifications: OSCP - Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough security assessments and penetration testing on networks, web applications, and infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Utilize industry-leading tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, Nessus, Metasploit, Kali Linux, Wireshark, etc. to simulate real-world attacks and exploit weaknesses.
  • Develop detailed technical reports with risk ratings and remediation recommendations to aid in security gap closure.
  • Collaborate closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration of security measures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest threat vectors, hacking techniques, and vulnerability discoveries to maintain a proactive security stance.
  • Assist in security audits, threat modeling, and risk assessments to fortify our defenses.
  • Contribute to internal security knowledge building and participate in red team/blue team exercises.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT).
  • Compulsory OSCP certification for all applicants.
  • Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10 and MITRE ATT&CK framework principles.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell is a plus.
  • Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and security controls is essential.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills are mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with cloud security assessments on AWS, Azure, GCP platforms.
  • Exposure to red teaming or purple teaming engagements can be beneficial.
  • Ability to articulate complex security findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
