Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage the implementation of ECM systems, lead cross-functional teams, and promote agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage releases through Remedy and coordinate deployments with other teams.
  • Respond and manage production incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Enforce and promote SCRUM disciplines, aligning the team with project vision and goals.
  • Organize and run daily stand-ups, maintaining focus on sprint plans and supporting regular reviews.
  • Ensure stakeholders are up-to-date on IT team progress, manage Agile ceremonies, and implement project timelines.
  • Control and manage scope, facilitate effort estimation, and develop implementation plans.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience with ECM, Document Management Systems, Microservices, and Java.
  • Should be able to work with Java Microservices teams and possess strong communication skills.
  • Has to be proactive, work independently with minimal direction, and adapt to Ireland time zone.
