Overview:

Databytes Consulting Tech seeks a seasoned Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Specialist to oversee the management, configuration, and security of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in hardware management, network configuration, and cybersecurity to ensure seamless IT operations and top-notch customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Configuration & Management:
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, Sophos) to guarantee optimal network performance.
  • Manage VLANs, STP, TCP/IP, and Wi-Fi networks for high uptime and minimal downtime.
  • Troubleshoot VOIP systems to prevent communication disruptions.
  • Monitor network performance using tools to identify potential issues.
  • Quickly resolve Internet connectivity issues to minimize downtime.

Security Measures:

  • Install, administer, and troubleshoot firewalls (Juniper SRX, Fortinet, Palo Alto) and security tools like Proxy, Anti-virus, NAC, and DLP to protect against cyber threats.
  • Conduct security audits using tools such as FireMon to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Administer VPN solutions (Palo Alto, Zscaler) to enable secure remote access for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements to safeguard sensitive data.

Hardware & System Support:

  • Perform hardware installations, configurations, and maintenance for desktops, laptops, and networking devices to ensure they operate efficiently.
  • Conduct remote OS installations and troubleshooting across multiple platforms to provide seamless technical support.
  • Provide product configuration support and training to customers on hardware and software usage.
  • Offer Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to resolve hardware and network issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Cisco and Juniper router/switch configuration to manage complex networks.
  • Proficient in configuring firewalls and conducting security audits to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Familiarity with Fortinet, Palo Alto firewalls, and VPN solutions to ensure secure remote access.
  • Strong understanding of IPv4, Linux administration, and networking protocols to configure and manage networks effectively.
  • Experience with remote monitoring and troubleshooting tools to quickly resolve issues.
  • Knowledge of Elastic Search for enhanced threat detection is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset to deliver excellent support.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment to achieve common goals.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIS, PCNSA, PCNSE, FCNSP to demonstrate expertise in specific areas.

Estimated Salary: ₹800000 - ₹1200000 per annum based on qualifications and experience.
