Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is sought for the role of X++ Developer.

This position involves designing, developing, and customizing D365 F&O solutions using X++. A strong emphasis will be placed on Electronic Reporting, system integrations, and performance improvements. Collaboration with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders will be essential to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that support complex business processes in a global environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • X++ Development: Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions using X++.
  • Electronic Reporting (ER): Build and enhance ER configurations aligned with business requirements.
  • Functional Team Collaboration: Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Code Optimization: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for performance and scalability.
  • Full-Cycle Implementation: Participate in full-cycle implementation projects, from design through to deployment and support.
  • System Integration: Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using standard frameworks.
  • Data Migration: Support data migration activities, ensuring integrity and quality of transferred data.
  • Technical Documentation: Provide technical documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer across teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with X++ development in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Strong expertise in Electronic Reporting (ER) within D365.
  • Proven track record of delivering customizations and enhancements in enterprise ERP environments.
  • Familiarity with D365 modules such as:
  • Finance (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets)
  • Supply Chain (Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory, Warehouse, Product Information Management)
  • Experience with integrations, data migration, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with ISVs like Exflow, TAS, or Comarch.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management.
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O or related areas.
  • Exposure to localizations and compliance for multi-country implementations.
