Key Responsibilities:
  • SAP SuccessFactors Implementation: Implement SAP SuccessFactors performance management and goal management solutions, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
  • Template Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Goal Management and Performance Management (PMGM) templates to meet client requirements, with experience in designing templates for performance and goals management with approved workflow and questionnaires.
  • Route Maps and Form Template Settings: Create route maps and associate them with performance templates, as well as work on Form template settings and XML changes to form settings in SuccessFactors.
  • Performance Rating Scales and Goals: Configure performance rating scales, goals, route map setup, Calibration, CPM, and create Role specific and core competencies.
  • Goal Plan Setup and Ad Hoc Reporting: Set up goal plans, including goal plan ID, adding and deleting goals, manually adding goals, setting maximum and minimum goals, and goal weights, while also performing ad hoc reporting and integration between GM with PM templates and other modules of the ecosystem.
