Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Engineering Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in engineering recruitment, with a strong understanding of the IT and engineering industries. The Engineering Recruitment Manager will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet client needs, as well as managing the full recruitment lifecycle from start to finish.

The Engineering Recruitment Manager will work closely with our account management team to understand client requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding new hires.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Collaborating with the account management team to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the Engineering Recruitment Manager must have:A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in engineering recruitment.A strong understanding of the IT and engineering industries.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Proven sales and negotiation skills.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
