Threat Hunting Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned threat hunting professional to lead our day-to-day threat hunting operations.
About the Role- Lead and manage our threat hunting program, ensuring continuous proactive detection of sophisticated threats.
- Develop and refine threat hunting methodologies based on current threat intelligence and organizational risk.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a visionary leader to drive our threat hunting program forward.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily threat hunting operations across various data sources.
- Conduct advanced threat hunts using cutting-edge security tools and analytics.
- Collaborate closely with SOC teams to integrate threat hunting insights into broader security operations.
- Mentor junior threat hunters and team members.
- Evaluate and recommend new security tools and technologies.
- Prepare and present reports on threat hunting activities.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cybersecurity, including threat hunting, incident response, and security tool proficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Cybersecurity Expertise: Strong background in cybersecurity with extensive experience in threat hunting, incident response, and security tool proficiency.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Proven ability to drive strategic programs and mentor/develop team members.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify anomalies, correlate data, and draw conclusions from complex datasets.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
