Job Title: React Native Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled React Native Expert to join our team at Lifology | Designing lives in Trivandrum, India.

About the Role:

As a React Native Expert, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, native mobile applications for our product using the latest technologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop pixel-perfect, buttery smooth, animated UIs for both Android and iOS platforms.
  • Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
  • Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with the open-source community to implement mission-critical software fixes and stay up-to-date with the latest React Native developments.
  • Maintain and improve existing code, writing automated tests to ensure the highest quality standards.
  • Transition our existing React/Next.js web app to React Native.
  • Upload and maintain the latest build of the app.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in development using React Native.
  • 3+ years of experience in building, uploading, and maintaining the latest production build in Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Professional knowledge of JavaScript and Node.js, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of React.js and Redux, with at least 2 closed projects and 1 year of experience.
  • Firm grasp of the JavaScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax.
  • Strong logical and analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and optimize code for efficiency and readability.
  • Ability to write well-documented, clean JavaScript code.
  • Rock-solid experience with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts and resolving app store policy updates.
  • Familiarity with native build tools, like Android Studio and XCode.
  • Knowledge of Kotlin & Swift.
  • Understanding of REST & GraphQL APIs, the document request model, and offline storage.
  • Experience with automated testing suites.
  • Fluent English.
  • Ability to learn quickly and stay up-to-date with the latest JavaScript frameworks.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Flutter.
  • DevOps experience.
  • Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Jenkins experience.
  • Experience in E-commerce Systems Development and payment processing.
  • Experience in performance optimization.
  • UX or web design skills.
