About Our Product Merchandiser Role

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Product Merchandiser to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in shaping the look and feel of our jewelry collections from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement product merchandising strategies that drive business growth and maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and sales teams to craft unique and timeless jewelry pieces that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform product assortment decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Develop and manage seasonal collections that balance classic and modern styles, ensuring customer preferences are met while maintaining brand aesthetics.
  • Manage inventory levels effectively to ensure timely deliveries and minimize stock issues, supporting efficient operations and smooth product flow.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts with expert product knowledge and merchandising tools, driving sales growth and revenue increase.
  • Determine pricing and positioning strategies based on cost analysis and market trends to optimize revenue.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to production timelines, maintaining high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless product launches, driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product merchandising, preferably within the jewelry industry.
  • Strong understanding of jewelry trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences.
  • Skill in product lifecycle management, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent analytical and research skills, proficient in MS Office, and familiar with merchandising tools.
  • Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Jewelry Design, or related field, accompanied by excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
