About Our Quality Assurance Role

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to drive quality across our software products.

This position involves designing test strategies, developing automation frameworks, and ensuring seamless integration into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines. You will work closely with development teams to identify, track, and resolve issues while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, cases, and automation frameworks.
  • Design and maintain automated test scripts for functional, performance, and security testing.
  • Conduct regression, exploratory, and usability testing to ensure high-quality software releases.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira or Bugzilla, collaborating with developers for resolution.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and defect reports.
  • Ensure compliance with security and industry standards such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Provide thorough test reports, risk assessments, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to best practices in software testing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in software testing and automation.
  • Strong experience with Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with API testing using Postman or REST Assured.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and performance testing frameworks like JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
