We are seeking a skilled property valuer to join our team. This role requires excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently.

• Key Responsibilities:
• To undertake site visits to assess the value of properties proposed as security for mortgages.
• To conduct thorough risk assessments and provide accurate collateral underwriting reports within tight deadlines.
• To create and update online valuation reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• To take high-quality photographs of properties on site, capturing key features and details.
• To verify approved building plans and property title records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• To maintain a detailed management information system (MIS) of all instances brought by branches, monitoring progress with valuers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in property valuations or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
