We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Advertising Strategist & Media Buyer.
This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in Meta and Google Ads.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across various platforms. They will work closely with the creative and strategy team to deliver impactful results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute end-to-end paid campaigns (Meta + Google)
- Buid TOF/MOF/BOF funnel strategies aligned with client goals
- Execute audience segmentation: interest-based, custom, and lookalikes
- Monitor KPIs: CPL, CTR, ROAS, CPA, CAC and optimize daily
- Collaborate with the design/copy team for ad creatives & angles
- Manage budgets, A/B tests, and campaign scaling
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights & actions
- Ensure proper pixel setup, event tracking, GTM, and attribution
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Proven track record of delivering high-ROAS campaigns
- Strong understanding of funnels, retargeting, and campaign scaling
- Proficiency with Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager (GTM)
- Familiarity with GA4, UTM tracking, and CRM integrations
- Skilled in Google Sheets, reporting dashboards, and data analysis
- Strong copy/creative sense: hooks, CTAs, ad formats
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and performance-driven
