Visual Storyteller Role

About the Opportunity:

We're seeking a skilled Visual Storyteller to craft our brand's visual identity and engagement strategy. As part of our team, you will shape our brand's look, tone, and message, creating content from logos and digital product UI/UX to viral social campaigns.

This is an ownership role where you will drive creative campaigns that boost brand resonance and community growth worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Fluencity's visual language including logos, typography, color systems, brand guidelines, and digital product UI/UX
  • Create engaging content for Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms including reels, carousels, infographics, case studies, and videos
  • Plan and execute creative campaigns that enhance brand presence and community growth
  • Utilize AI-powered tools like Figma AI, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva to create and iterate faster
  • Collaborate closely with founders and product teams to ensure brand consistency and purposeful storytelling
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize content for maximum engagement

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years experience in brand design, digital marketing, or social media content creation (startup experience a plus)
  • Strong graphic design skills using tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and basic video editing
  • Deep understanding of digital storytelling and creator economy aesthetics
  • Experience with AI design and content generation tools to supercharge creativity
  • Portfolio showcasing branding, campaign materials, social content, and product design
  • Excellent written English; Hindi or multilingual skills a plus
  • Proactive, independent, and ready to take ownership in a fast-moving environment
