Job Title: Sr. Dot Net Developer

About the Role:

MNR Solutions is looking for an experienced Sr. Dot Net Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications using .NET technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop: Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications, focusing on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate: Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Implement: Implement object-oriented design principles and ensure code quality by adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Develop User Interfaces: Develop user interfaces using WinForms or WPF, ensuring an excellent user experience.
  • Perform Unit Testing and Debugging: Perform unit testing and debugging of applications to ensure smooth functionality.
  • Manage Source Code: Manage source code using version control tools like GIT and SVN.
  • Conduct Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members to maintain a high standard of code quality.
  • Work on Integrating Applications: Work on integrating applications with various databases and third-party services.
  • Provide Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Strong Experience: Strong experience in .NET technologies and C#.
  • Proficiency in OOP: Proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
  • Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience with WinForms or WPF for building rich desktop applications.
  • Familiarity with Version Control Systems: Familiarity with version control systems like GIT and SVN.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
