Job Overview

The Retail Store Manager plays a vital role in providing excellent customer service at our store. Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

The successful candidate will manage stock inventory, handle daily cash transactions, and resolve any customer grievances confidently and professionally.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist customers visiting the store for article drop-off and collection, ensuring a friendly and professional interaction.
  2. Maintain the store's cleanliness and aesthetics, adhering to our high standards.
  3. Manage inventory of stock, ensuring timely logging and availability as needed.
  4. Process daily cash collections and prepare accurate end-of-day financial summaries.
  5. Follow up with customers regarding the collection of completed orders.
  6. Resolve customer concerns or grievances politely and confidently, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  7. Maintain close communication with the backend operations team to ensure seamless processing of articles and address any logistical issues.
  8. Keep records of transactions, stock, and customer interactions up-to-date for transparency and efficiency purposes.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in luxury retail, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English, enabling confident engagement with customers.
  • A polite, hospitable, and solution-oriented approach to customer service.
  • Familiarity with managing cash transactions and maintaining financial records.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive and positive attitude towards resolving customer issues and ensuring smooth store operations.
