Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled Telesales Professional to manage inbound and outbound calls, maintain client relationships, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients via phone to discuss services and needs
  • Maintain updated client databases and follow up on leads
  • Handle daily inquiries and provide information about company services
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate communication between clients and architects/designers
  • Support sales team with customer interactions and relationship building

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication skills and excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Experience in customer service and relationship maintenance
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and updating client information
  • Familiarity with architecture and interior design is beneficial
  • Self-motivation and teamwork skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications beneficial
