About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in mechanical engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
  • Negotiation and Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with suppliers.
  • Supplier Management: Knowledge of supplier management, vendor development, and cost reduction techniques.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to drive business outcomes.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
  • Quality Standards: Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations.
  • CAD and Fabrication: Proficiency in CAD and knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques (cutting, bending), and an understanding of industry standards and compliance
