Job Title:
Creative Visualizer

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing high-performing ad creatives and packaging/branding work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design visually compelling static ad creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to test, analyze, and optimize creatives.
  • Work on product packaging design, ensuring it aligns with the brand's identity and appeals to target audiences.
  • Support the development of brand identity elements, including logos, brand guidelines, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Translate marketing briefs into designs across digital and print formats.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce/D2C or digital-first brands.
  • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and how creative impacts them.
  • Ability to balance creativity with functionality and business objectives.
