  7. Place orders, purchase materials, pick up and deliver">
  8. Submit receipts for all purchases and orders">
  9. Track and communicate status of orders; resolve problems">
  10. Maintain spreadsheets with client selections/finish materials">
  11. Schedule for the designer, contractors, clients, vendors">
  12. Respond to client questions and concerns; project updates">
  13. Meet vendors, assist with installations">
  14. Submit detailed hours (billable and non-billable) and mileage log monthly">
  15. Check daily client spreadsheet for new tasks; update status of assigned task end of each day">
