Qualification:

B.E/B.Tech Equivalent / Master's degree or equivalent

Experience:

8-10 Years in Retail Industry within IT Infrastructure Department - Network administration function

Key Requirements:
  • At least 8+ years of hands-on experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network devices such as Core & Spine switch, routers, VPN gateways, in On-prem and Cloud deployment.
  • Proficiency in managing network hardware such as routers, switches, wireless controllers, and load balancers.
  • 5+ Years of hand on experience deploying, configuring and managing security devices such as firewalls in On-prem and cloud deployments.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, STP, VLANs).
  • Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, or equivalent are preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and support of Network & Security devices.
  • Deploy SDWAN across territories, maintain configuration, troubleshoot of SDWAN.
  • Coordinate and execute upgrades, patches, and new installations in collaboration with IT infrastructure teams.
  • Maintain Technical documentation.
  • Triage critical incidents, troubleshoot issues and resolve, maintain SLAs, Critical event support ensuring high uptime of Network & Security environment.
