Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Mobile App Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and other relevant technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. They will also serve as an instructor, delivering training sessions to clients on best practices and key concepts in Flutter app development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and build mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring performance, scalability, and best practices.
  • Deliver training sessions on Flutter app development to clients, highlighting key concepts and best practices.
  • Serve as a trainer and assist in training fellow team members as required.
  • Capture feedback from every session and student, updating the database and sharing it with senior management.
  • Use strong communication skills to effectively deal with international students.
  • Utilize online platforms like Zoom and Google Meet for delivery and meetings.
  • Work collaboratively on projects, contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Maintain proper communication with students and parents to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with other instructors on group projects and support the effective delivery of training.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Coding (Flutter or React Native) with hands-on experience in building mobile applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with international students and customers.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Zoom and Google Meet, as well as proficiency in Google suite applications.
  • Able to maintain clear and professional communication with students, parents, and clients.
  • Ability to manage a calendar of sessions, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of training.
