This is a remote position.


We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top technical candidates to fill critical roles across our organization.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Source, attract, and hire top technical talent for various roles across the organization, including software developers, designers, product managers and other positions.

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals and objectives, including leveraging social media, job boards, employee referrals, and professional networks.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences, and provide guidance on the recruitment process.

  • Conduct initial screenings, phone interviews, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

  • Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and follow-up throughout the hiring process.

  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate flow and track recruitment metrics.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve recruitment processes and results



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Human Resources, Business, Communications)

  • 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Should have recruited at least 50 positions in their career so far.

  • Proven track record of success in hiring technical talent, with a strong understanding of technical roles and requirements

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple openings, and meet deadlines

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
