Our team is seeking a highly skilled Wash System Developer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing new wash systems for washing machines and dryers. This role requires a strong understanding of analytical tools, algorithms and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new wash systems for washing machines and dryers.
  • Apply analytical tools to develop unique selling points (USPs) and improve algorithm performance in home appliances.
  • Identify and resolve potential risks through design for manufacturability and engineering (DFMEA).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues.
  • Collaborate with consumer and process partners to meet their requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in product/technology development and testing in the home appliances domain.
  • Knowledge of global energy and performance standards (AHAM, IEC 60456, IS Standards).
  • Strong theoretical knowledge of fluid dynamics and detergent chemistry.
  • Good communication, project and team management skills.
  • Ability to travel within India/South Korea or other parts of the world for short or long durations.

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of system programming languages, with Python preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of interfacing sensors (analog and digital).
  • Experience with design/CAD software and refrigeration/air conditioning cycles.
  • Exposure and experience in Six Sigma (black belt preferred).
  • Working experience with global teams.
  • Korean language proficiency (speaking, reading and writing).
