Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle HRMS tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and validation of Oracle HRMS screens, including Personal Data, Work Structures, Absence Management, and Self-Service Modules.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing thorough testing and validation of Oracle HRMS personal records, updating and modifying them as part of testing and user acceptance processes. They will also validate work structure-related data updates and ensure accurate system behavior.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with business users and technical teams to understand requirements and resolve discrepancies. They will log, track, and follow up on defects and test outcomes using standard testing tools.

In addition, the candidate will participate in integration and UAT cycles for HRMS implementations or upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough testing and validation of Oracle HRMS screens
  • Update and modify Oracle HRMS personal records
  • Validate work structure-related data updates
  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams
  • Log, track, and follow up on defects and test outcomes
  • Participate in integration and UAT cycles

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HRMS modules and data structures
  • Good understanding of HR processes and how they map to Oracle HRMS
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with test case design and defect tracking tools
  • Basic understanding of SQL queries to validate backend data
