Our dynamic finance team is seeking an experienced Finance Controller to drive financial discipline, compliance, and process excellence across the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management information reports, and dashboards.
  • Partner with business teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including Income Tax, GST, ROC, FEMA.
  • Drive automation and digitization of financial processes to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor cash flows, working capital, and financial risk management.
  • Establish governance mechanisms for financial discipline across all business verticals.
  • Provide financial insights for strategic decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA or MBA with 1–8 years of post-qualification experience.
  • A strong background in controllership, accounting, compliance, and reporting.
  • Experience in a fast-paced/startup/EdTech environment is preferred.
