Your Key Responsibilities
- Project Ownership: Take full ownership of analytics project delivery, from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
- On-time Delivery: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues, and incorporating feedback into project plans.
- Technical Expertise: Leverage prior experience as a data scientist or data analyst to guide the team in developing robust and scalable analytics solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of all analytics deliverables through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote best practices in project management and analytics, driving continuous improvement in processes and methods.
Your Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering, economics, business disciplines, or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ relevant years of working experience in automotive, heavy machinery, agriculture machinery, FMCG, B2C, or similar industry.
- Minimum 3 years of end-to-end Analytics/Data Science implementation and associated experience is mandatory.
- Fluent in the English language, oral and written, is essential; other languages are an advantage.
