  • Develop and present high-quality design concepts and architectural presentations that meet client needs.
  • Create detailed construction drawings and technical documentation that align with industry standards.
  • Utilize 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization software to produce photorealistic outputs that showcase design possibilities.
  • Leverage AI tools for generative design, feasibility studies, and conceptualization to drive design innovation.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align design vision and execution, ensuring seamless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that exceed client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Tools
  • Proficiency in software: AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, Revit.
  • Awareness of AI tools:
  • Generative Design & Conceptualization: ARCHITECHTURES, TestFit, Autodesk Forma, Finch 3D.
  • Rendering & Visualization: Veras, Rendair, D5 Render.

A strong portfolio demonstrating design presentations, 3D visualization, and construction drawings is required. The ideal candidate should be able to bring innovation and creativity to client-facing projects, driving business growth through strategic design solutions.
