We are seeking an experienced Beauty Marketing Executive to drive influencer-led initiatives for our brand. The ideal candidate will be a creative, detail-oriented professional with a solid understanding of influencer ecosystems in the female beauty, skincare, and grooming space.

  • The role involves building and executing marketing strategies tailored to our beauty, skincare, and grooming categories.
  • The successful candidate will identify, onboard, and manage beauty, lifestyle, and wellness influencers/content creators.
  • They should plan and run targeted campaigns around product launches, festive seasons, and ongoing brand initiatives.
  • Candidates must collaborate with brand and creative teams to design engaging influencer briefs and ensure brand alignment.
  • Negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and ensuring timely deliverables are also essential.
  • Candidates must monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize future initiatives.
  • Maintaining a structured database with performance metrics is also required.
