Job Description

Role: Experience Center Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Overall management of the store, ensuring daily operations are running smoothly.
  • Restoring of Brand Champions to maintain optimal store staffing levels.
  • Maintaining high conversion targets for the store through effective team management and lead follow-up.
  • Ensuring leads are allocated evenly among Brand Champions.
  • Providing financial support to customers with the assistance of financers.
  • Maintaining adherence to sales Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Hiring, training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring the performance of all new-vehicle sales employees.
  • Maintaining an accurate daily log of sales activities in the Experience Center.
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system for proper follow-up of potential buyers.
  • Implementing a follow-up system for new-vehicle purchasers.
  • Fostering teamwork in a customer-focused sales environment throughout the sales, delivery, and follow-up process.
  • Conducting daily and weekly sales meetings.
  • Staying up-to-date on market trends through analysis and competitor activity monitoring.
  • Offering suggestions and recommendations for in-store merchandising, customer service approach, and other business improvement areas.
  • Producing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales, KPI, and communicated reports.
  • Overseeing stock count, control, and record-keeping of all stock movements and inventory.
  • Maintaining consistency in customer service among associates based on established SOPs.
  • Handling after-sales queries and complaints.
  • Providing on-the-job training to team members.
  • Maintaining strong communication among associates and transferring important information within the team.
Requirements and QualificationsKey Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, self-confident, well-presented, and self-motivated individuals with a strong problem-solving attitude.
  • Demonstrable success as a Store Manager with a recognized retail brand.
  • Leadership capabilities with a proven track record of exceeding expectations.
  • People skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and think critically on their feet.
  • Strong business acumen with the use of business analytics.
  • Minimum Education – Any Graduate degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-7 years of experience in store operations, preferably in the automobile, retail, FMCD, or lifestyle retail industries.
Salary and Benefits

Estimated Salary: ₹3.5 LPA to ₹4.5 LPA CTC
Notice period: Up to a maximum of 15 days.
