Creative Design Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent graphic design skills and be able to create engaging graphics for various marketing materials.
The successful applicant will also be responsible for designing and updating our website, developing new packaging designs, and editing existing ones.
In addition, they will be expected to generate AI-powered images for campaigns and content, as well as edit basic videos for branding and marketing purposes.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with teams to ensure that brand guidelines are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging graphics for website banners, social media posts, carousels, leaflets, and more
- Design and update our website to reflect our brand language
- Develop new packaging designs and edit existing ones
- Generate AI-powered images for campaigns and content
- Edit basic videos for branding and marketing (Instagram Reels, Ads, etc.)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graphic design skills using Canva/Adobe Illustrator
- Packaging design expertise using Adobe Illustrator
- Basics of Adobe Photoshop for image editing
- A strong sense of aesthetics in design
- Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects & Canva (a plus)
