Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in this field.

This role involves designing and implementing machine learning models for real-world applications, working on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis, developing, training, testing, and optimizing supervised and unsupervised ML algorithms, building and deploying ML models into production using tools like Docker, Flask/FastAPI, collaborating with data engineers, product managers, and software developers, conducting model performance monitoring, A/B testing, and retraining as needed, and researching and applying the latest ML/AI techniques to improve existing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement machine learning models for real-world applications
  • Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis
  • Develop, train, test, and optimize supervised and unsupervised ML algorithms
  • Build and deploy ML models into production using tools like Docker, Flask/FastAPI
  • Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and software developers
  • Conduct model performance monitoring, A/B testing, and retraining as needed
  • Research and apply the latest ML/AI techniques to improve existing solutions
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
  • Expertise in LLM and Langchain
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and tuning
  • Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Time Series Forecasting
  • Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics
  • Experience with RESTful API development for ML model serving
  • Familiarity with tools like Jupyter, Git, and MLflow
