Job Role


We are seeking a seasoned Program Director to oversee cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. This position involves managing project roadmaps, resource allocation, and budget planning.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, incorporating stakeholder input and business objectives.
  • Maintain project governance structures, facilitating communication among teams and stakeholders.
  • Analyze project progress, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately documented and implemented.

Skill Requirements:
  • Proven experience in program management, with expertise in project tracking and risk management.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to evaluate complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with experience working across multiple disciplines.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with ability to adapt to changing project environments.
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications are highly desirable.
