Financial Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee various financial aspects of PAN Healthcare.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing direct taxation, indirect taxation, statutory compliance, and financial management with proficiency in Tally software.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Taxation:
    • Manage and oversee all aspects of direct taxation, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting.
    • Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of income tax returns.
    • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and advise management accordingly.
    • Conduct tax audits and liaise with tax authorities as necessary.
  • Indirect Taxation:
    • Oversee compliance with all indirect taxation laws, including GST/VAT.
    • Prepare and file GST/VAT returns in a timely manner.
    • Monitor changes in indirect tax laws and assess their impact on the organization.
    • Provide guidance and support to other departments on indirect tax matters.
  • Statutory Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to finance and taxation.
    • Review and update internal policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
    • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during audits and inspections.
    • Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and implement necessary changes.
  • Financial Management and Analysis:
    • Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making.
    • Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CA qualification is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in direct and indirect taxation, statutory compliance, and financial management.
  • Indepth knowledge of relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
