Job Title: Financial Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire accounts payable process.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Explain and assist vendors and stakeholders with the accounts payable process.
  • Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Send payment requests to finance on a timely basis.
  • Analyze bank statements and identify any discrepancies in payment processes.
  • Generate and approve vendor invoices.
  • Resolve any vendor payment queries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly knowledge of advanced Excel.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
