Key Responsibilities:
- Conversion Lead: Proactively engage with inbound leads, guide them through the booking process, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- CUSTOMER INTERACTION: Understand students' unique requirements and provide expert advice on housing options, pricing, and locations.
- Maket Expertise: Build in-depth knowledge of student housing market trends and optimize the booking process.
- Follow-Up: Maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent and timely follow-ups to ensure closure.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Supply teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Data Management: Accurately record and manage all customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in the CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.
Requirements:
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in neutral English.
- Active Listening: Strong active listening skills.
- Time Management: Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Negotiation and Closing: Proficiency in objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM tools or similar software.
- Telesales Experience: Prior experience in telesales or a related field is a plus.
